Brenda has been a part of our Therapeutic Team since 2005. She is a certified Advanced Myofascial Therapist. Since 1999 studying different bodywork modalities has been a priority, from which techniques can be incorporated to meet each client’s needs.
Brenda has a wide range of modalities including full body integration, neuro-muscular re-education, and her area of expertise is myofascial/trigger point release. Currently, she is focusing on being certified in Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy.
Carissa graduated from the Career Academy of Anchorage. She studied Western Style Massage which incorporates, effleurage (sliding), tapotament (tapping), petrissage (kneading), vibration (shaking), friction (superfiscial), joint movement and stretching.
She has taken classes in Pediatric massage and Craniosacral. She also does Pre and Post Natal massage, Myofascial and Trigger Point therapy.

Michele has 25 years experience in the holistic healing field and has been practicing massage and cranio-sacral therapy for the last 18 years.
Michele specializes in Pre-natal massage, Deep Tissue, and Swedish massage. She also practices Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Acupressure, and Ear Candling.
Michele uses Craniosacral therapy for adults and children. This includes special needs children, infants,, pre and post natal care, migraines, head and neck trauma, learning disabilities, pregnancy issues, chronic pain, post-surgical pain ,posttraumatic stress syndrome as well as emotional issues. She also does integrative allergy clearing.
Mickey has been a Massage Therapist since 2001. She graduated from the U.A.A. Massage Therapy Program. She has been a member or the American Massage Therapy Association since 2001. Mickey has completed an introduction 20hr course in "Massage for People with Cancer". She plans to continue her education in that field.
Mickey uses Integrative Massage to deeply focus on problem areas while addressing whole body stress relief. Her style is blending Swedish massage with MyoFascial, Trigger Point and Deep Tissue. Mickey listens to the client to see what works best for their body.
Thea graduated from massage school in 2007 from Alaska Technical Institute. Most of her work is in myofasial therapy and is working on her certification. She has training in lymphatic drainage, myofascial release and craniosacral therapy. Her passion lies with rehabilitative work. She is currently a student at UAA studding to become a Physical Therapist.
